Greg Dundon
Owner / Coach

Greg is the founder of TRD Player Development & co-founder of Elite 24 Basketball. Greg has coached for 14 years at both high school and collegiate level, starting out at La Salle High School, the University of San Diego, and at Mt. Hood Community College. Greg focused on player development, recruiting, film breakdown and scouting. He is formerly the Director of basketball operations at ClubSport in Tualatin. As the director, Greg was in charge of programming development, maintaining budgets, and running of basketball operations which included camps, specialty clinics, seasonal academies, and establishing both the Steve Blake and Channing Frye NBA Pro-camps.

Greg has also co-founded along with Steve Blake, the Steve Blake Invitational Point Guard Academy, Channing Frye youth basketball open gyms and directs the TRD Hawaiian Pro-Camp in Honolulu Hawaii.  Greg has a passion for teaching the game of basketball. His passion, high energy level, and desire to help athletes improve their game is why he has become so involved in the game of basketball. Greg is a graduate of the University of Portland where he earned his B.A. in Business and M.A in Communications. A native Oregonian, he resides in Clackamas, with his daughter Taylor.

Larry Davis
Owner / Coach

Larry is the founder of Willamette Valley Basketball & co-founder of Elite 24 Basketball.  Larry is an accomplished teacher of the game with over 15 years of high school and collegiate experience. He works with players from high school, college, and professional ranks. Coach Davis has assisted numerous players who go onto play at 4-year Universities. He is currently the Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Mt Hood Community College in Gresham, Oregon. Larry was also the former Director of Basketball Operations at ClubSport in Tualatin, Oregon, where he was in charge of running the basketball academies, camps, clinics, and individualized skill development. Prior to Mt. Hood, Larry was an assistant coach at Concordia University on the Men’s side. He has also been an administrative assistant coach at La Salle High School in Milwaukie, Oregon. He had been a clinician at numerous camps and schools across the nation. His true passion and enthusuiasm on the court lies within his ability to develop successful athletes. “We want students of the game; those who are serious about improving, and who will invest the time and energy in doing so. Students with the passion and desire to be their best.” Larry is a graduate of Portland State University and a native of Oregon.  He resides in Portland with his wife Jennifer and five wonderful kids, Dominic, Isabella, (D), Josiah, Christian, Gabrielle, with one on the way.

Ben Sullivan
Assistant Coach Lewis & Clark College Portland, OR

A 2002 graduate from Lake Oswego High School who earned himself an athletic scholarship to Cal. State Northridge by averaging 20 points and 12 rebounds per game.  After his freshman year Ben transferred to University of Portland where he finished his career. He earned the  All-Academic Performance award in every year of college and was voted by the team, a Team Captain his senior year.  After college, Ben played professional basketball overseas with stops in China, Germany, as well as Chile. He began his coaching career in the fall of 2009, where he coached the Lake Oswego 6th grade traveling team. After spending time around youth, Ben realized his true passion in life; teaching the game of basketball. Now he has the opportunity to share his knowledge with young aspiring student-athletes.

Howard McElroy
Site Director/Skill Development Specialist (Tanasbourne 24 Hour Fitness)

A graduate of Portland State University; Coach McElroy has been coaching and developing youth and high school athletes for over 20 years. He has been coaching for Westview’s Basketball Program for over 15 years. Westview’s high school boys basketball program has grown into one of the most respected programs in the state. Westview, has been to two Final Four appearances in the last three years. Coach McElroy has coached 90% of the boys that have played for or who are currently playing for Westview’s varsity team. In addition to the great work that he has done at Wesview, Coach McElroy coaches and develops national traveling AAU teams. He now brings his highly successful sports and life program to Elite 24 Basketball.
